سياسة الخصوصية — JadClock

من نحن

JadClock منصة لإدارة الحضور وجداول العمل تقدمها Jad Group Ltd ("نحن"). يستخدم موظفو الشركات المشتركة ("صاحب العمل") تطبيق JadClock لتسجيل حضورهم وعرض جداولهم. في هذا الاستخدام، صاحب عملك هو المتحكم ببياناتك الوظيفية، ونحن نعالجها لتشغيل الخدمة له.

ما البيانات التي نجمعها

ما لا نفعله:

لا نتتبع موقعك بشكل مستمر ولا في الخلفية. الموقع يُقرأ في لحظة عملية الحضور فقط، بطلب صريح منك.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع معلنين.
لا نقرأ محتوى هاتفك ولا جهات اتصالك ولا ملفاتك.

من يرى بياناتك

صاحب عملك: يرى سجلات حضورك وجداولك وتوفرك — وهي بيانات علاقة العمل بينكما. أي تصحيح يدوي يجريه مديرك على أوقاتك يُسجَّل في سجل تدقيق دائم يُظهر الوقت الأصلي ومن عدّل ولماذا.
مزودو خدمات تقنيون: نستضيف البيانات على خوادمنا، ونستخدم Google Firebase لإيصال الإشعارات (يعالج رمز إشعارات جهازك). لا يحق لأي مزود استخدام بياناتك لأغراضه.
الجهات الرسمية: فقط إذا ألزمنا القانون.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والأمان

سجلات الحضور تُحفظ طوال علاقة العمل ولمدة يحددها صاحب العمل وفق قوانين العمل المحلية.
إحداثيات الـ GPS التفصيلية تُستخدم للتحقق ثم تخضع لسياسة حذف دورية.
الاتصال مشفر بالكامل (HTTPS/TLS)، وكلمات السر مخزنة بتشفير أحادي الاتجاه، والوصول محكوم بالأدوار.

حقوقك

يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وطلب نسخة منها أو حذف حسابك (مع مراعاة التزامات صاحب العمل القانونية بحفظ سجلات العمل). قدّم طلبك عبر صاحب عملك أو راسلنا مباشرة.

Who we are

JadClock is a workforce attendance and scheduling platform operated by Jad Group Ltd ("we"). Employees of subscribing companies ("your employer") use the JadClock app to record attendance and view schedules. Your employer is the controller of your employment data; we process it to provide the service.

Data we collect

What we do not do:

We do not track your location continuously or in the background. Location is read only at the moment of an attendance action you initiate.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
We do not read your phone's content, contacts, or files.

Who can see your data

Your employer: sees your attendance records, schedules, and availability — data of your employment relationship. Any manual time correction by a manager is written to a permanent audit log showing the original time, who changed it, and why.
Technical service providers: we host data on our servers and use Google Firebase to deliver push notifications (it processes your device's push token). No provider may use your data for its own purposes.
Authorities: only where the law requires it.

Retention and security

Attendance records are kept for the duration of employment plus the period your employer sets under local labor law.
Precise GPS coordinates are used for verification and are subject to periodic deletion.
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS); passwords are stored one-way hashed; access is role-based.

Your rights

You may access and correct your data, request a copy, or request account deletion (subject to your employer's legal record-keeping obligations). Submit requests through your employer or contact us directly.
